This Privacy Policy describes how Joshua Bloom / Being Quantum™ ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Reimagine YOU Now! membership portal (the "Portal").

Account information you provide: name, email address, and password.
Program activity: lesson progress, completion percentages, and certifications earned.
Community content: posts, comments, and profile information you choose to share.
Payment information (processed by a third-party payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
Basic technical data such as browser type and device, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide access to your programs and track your progress.
To communicate with you about your account, programs, and community activity.
To send marketing or program updates, only if you've opted in (see Section 5).
To maintain the security and integrity of the Portal.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Portal (for example, video hosting or email delivery), solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Community Visibility

Your display name, avatar/profile photo, and posts in forum/discussion areas are visible to other members of the Portal.

5. Email & Marketing Consent

Where you're given a marketing consent checkbox (for example, on the Contact page), we will only send you promotional emails if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain account information for as long as your membership is active, and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting help@ReimagineYouNow.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
